Can I run GTA V on my laptop?

I'm using AMD A9 and AMD Radeon R5 M430 graphics. Can anybody help me set the graphics for a better gaming experience?

It downloads a little program and checks your specs with what's at least recommended for GTA on your PC. I hope this helps to say the least!

Your pc is just to weak for gta maybe at low 720p you can get 30fps or so.
