graphics card : Randeon (TM) R5 M430

can i run pubg ? even with the lowest settings for the game ?

or do i have to add an extra ram like 4 gb maybe ?

I highly doubt it. Your GPU is pretty bad.

Yes more RAM is good, a second 4gb stick will help with many things. About the game running on the system, you can buy it from Steam and if it does not run how you like it within say an hour or playing it, you can get a refund from them. Look at the refund policy, for any reason you can return a game within a certain time of owning it and playing it.
