Can I transfer Fifa 15 to a Flash Drive

I've got a new laptop and would like to transfer my fav game: Fifa onto it. I don't want to re-download it because my internet connection is not that great.
So I was wondering if transferring it onto a USB and then onto the laptop would work. If so, how would you go about doing it?

It has to be installed so...no. Re-download it and reinstall it.

If you downloaded it through Origin, you can copy the FIFA folder from Origin Games, paste in the flash drive, install Origin in the target PC and copy FIFA to that PC's Origin Games folder.
Then when you start FIFA through Origin, it will verify the game files, download any missing or corrupted files and install any required dependencies.
