i want to know can i unlock amd cpu cores and level 3 cache on gigabyte ga-880gm-d2h rev 4.0 if its possible to unlock cores on this motherboard i will purchase it please tell me if this mobo not able to unlock cores then please suggest another mobo of similar price

cant unlock the two remaining cores on my phenom x2 555be, tried to use easytune6, bios recognizes it as X4 B55 at POST
but it just hangs their on POST and didnt boot up...

my specs:
gigabyte ga-880gm-d2h mobo
AMD phenom II x2 555BE
500watts raptorII psu
4gb memory
windows 7 32bit
750gb wd harddisk

im suspecting the OS could be the problem here, should i install a 64bit W7 OS to get this unlocked?? Please help...
