hi is anyone able to tell me if i can change/upgrade an intel HD ready graphics card on a Compaq Notebook - 15-s108na (ENERGY STAR) laptop? im having problems with low fps in games and i'm curious as to wether the graphics card is the issue?

Obviously no, because you can't upgrade laptop graphics.
