Look up your CPU here:

Look in the Socket column. If it says socket or PGA, you can upgrade it. If it says BGA, then it's soldered and you can't upgrade it. BGA means ball grid array. The CPU ships with balls of solder on the bottom, instead of pins. The manufacturer places the CPU on the motherboard and heats it just enough fro these balls to melt and permanently attaches it to the motherboard.

No, you must be looking at the wrong CPU in the list, or told us the wrong CPU in your original post. The i3 4005u is soldered (BGA).
