My laptop's model : Fujitsu AH544
processor:Intel® Core™ i3-4000M (3MB cache, 2.4GHz)
is it possible to upgrade it's processor??Please help

It may be possible, although what CPU will work is a guess since even if the CPU socket matches, the motherboard and BIOS may not work with it. Do a few web searches for your model and see if anyone documented any successful upgrades.
