Can I upgrade my graphics card?

I have a 4 GB Ram, Intel HD Graphics Family, 1.7 GhZ, and I'm running it on My Dell XP5 Ultrabook 2011, can I upgrade my laptop graphics card?

Ultrabooks use bga cpus and gpus so they are not upgradable.

Nope you cant.only some models from alienware,msi,sager etc use mxm slot for gpu which is upgrade-able which is not easy most of the time and expensive.
