Can I upgrade the cpu in my laptop

No you cannot. Laptop CPU's are integrated into the board. Memory and a possible SSD upgrade are pretty much all thats available to you.

Unfortunately no you cant unless you buy a motherboard with a different CPU/GPU configuration which will run you $150 or close to half the value of the laptop. Only really high end Laptops that use Intel chips have sockets as well as many socket S1 AMD laptops.
