can i upgrade to USB 3.0???

i have sony vaio vpceh18fg, which have total 3 usb ports.One on left side and two at the right side.I want to upgrade at least one port to usb 3.0. Is that possible???

Only if you change the motherboard. Which you can't do.

No. The ports themselves cannot be upgraded.

If the machine supports ExpressCard you could add a USB 3.0 ExpressCard. But I don't thing that that machine supports the cards. Sorry.
