Can I use a different graphics card on aspire v 14

I have the aspire V 14. I want to get a higher resolution which I think I need a better graphics card. When I went to look at the settings, it showed a option of whether to use the built in display or not? Is there anything I can do to make it better?
It has Intel core i3, Intel HD Graphics 4400,256 MB Dynamic Video Memory,4 GB DDR3 L Memory
But like basically this is desired because I want games to look better but its not needed since I won't have a lot of time to play them.

They will not be possible as your GPU is integrated onto your CPU which is integrated onto your motherboard and therefore cannot be changed.
