Can I use a sound bar as a center speaker/front speaker combo for a 7(5).1.?

Have 70" screen on an accent wall that don't want to cut in-wall speakers into or block with tower speakers. Pre-wired room to accept 7.1. Is there a soundbar (Sonance? telescoping) that can be used as a center AND the front L&R speaker, hook up to receiver and comminucate with side and rear speakers?

What you want is called an LCR all in one speaker. It is passive unlike a soundbar and has 3prs of speakers terminals.
The Sonance one can be expanded to match the width of the TV. There are a lot of others out there.

While these puppies solve space issues I wonder what they do to the sound stage. I recently moved my towers farther apart and made a huge diff to me, feels more "open."
