Can I connect my tata sky hd dish's hdmi cable to my laptop i.e HP Pavilion 15-n013tx Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) directly? and does my laptop supports input hdmi port

No. The hdmi port on the laptop is output only.

What you are wanting is the feature that many of us have wanted for a long time.

Unfortunately as bignastyid already said, your laptop port is OUTPUT only; thus it can only send data OUT from the laptop, not receive anything IN.
