Can I use my laptop for light video editing?

Can i run Adobe after effect cs6 on my notebook for light video editing?
My notebook specs are:
Cpu-Intel bay trail M celeron n2930
Gpu-Intel HD graphics(bay trail)
RAM-4gb
HDD-500gb
Windows 8.1

So,can i use my laptop for light editing videos using after effect cs6?
p/s:I dont mind some minor lags

Yes obviously you can. You have 4GB RAM and its more than enough.
I used AE CC on my laptop with 2GB RAM and it was ok.
But try to use one software at one time only so that your RAM memory is almost free and try to use hard surface when using AE. Your laptop won't go slow.

PS: use your factory operating system.

For light video editing yes but try not to multi task or your pc will go slow. Also rendering times may be a bit slow due to your gpu.
