CAN I USE MY SONY XBR-43X830C AS A WIRELESS monitor IF SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO THIS THANKS SO MUCH

Please don't use all caps.
If your computer has HDMI out then you would have to use a wireless HDMI transmitter/ receiver like this one

Another option is to connect the computer with an HDMI cable and use a wireless keyboard and mouse to control it. Depending on your layout this might be more practical as well as cheaper.
