can my laptop run gta 5 or cod ghosts?

my laptop specs are, can it run it?
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3317U CPU @ 1.70GHz

Video Card Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

Video Card #2 AMD Radeon HD 7670M

RAM 4.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit

According to game-debate, you won't be able to run these games. Your graphics card is the biggest bottleneck, it has a performance rating of 2/10 and any of these two games require a minimum of 4/10 performance rating.

But the tests were made at 1080p, well, i found out that you may be able to run these games at 720p and all settings on lowest:

Conclusion: your pc does not meet the minimum requirements, but at the minimum possible settings and resolution you can play these games. Of course it won't be a very enjoyable experience :| GTA 5 will have ~25-35 average fps and COD Ghosts will have ~25-30 of average fps, but people say it is freezing sometimes because of low cpu speed (it's only 1.7GHz). If you think its good enough, give it a try.
