processor - Intel core i3-5010U CPU @ 2.10GHz
64 bit operating system
windows 10
8.00 GB RAM
please note i don't care what resolution/graphics quality it runs at

No it will not run Grand Theft Auto 5. Even at bare minimum settings the laptop would struggle. It's not worth buying the game and getting an awful experience

I agree. I'm not going to quote whatever the manufacturer specs are but instead tell you from experience.

You'll need at least 2.7+ghz on a quad(duo might do it but doubtful), 16gb memory(8 might do it but its close), and a minimum gtx960/1050 just to get to something playable in 1080p and something like 50gb hdd space. Integrated graphics are probably a no go.

Those specs go with your statement about not caring for res/quality. 1080p/720p at med/low settings for the possibility of 60fps.
