Can my laptop run Inventor 2013

Hey Guys, i have a laptop witch is a Toshiba Satellite A100 and it has a Intel Core Duo T2350 @ 1.86 Ghz with 4GB of DDr2 ram with 3.0GB usable and a Nvidia Geforce Go 7300 128mb dedicated running Windows 7 home premium 32bit and i was wondering could i run Autocad Inventor 2013, i am asking inventor 2013 because thats the one my school uses so i have to match the to the 2013. i was thinking if i add an ssd if it will make a performance difference but the main question is will the laptop actually run inventor 2013. If it can't what would you recommend that will run it at a budget.
