Intel Core i3 (2nd Gen) 2350M / 2.3 GHz
Intel HD Graphics 3000
4 GB 1333

The GPU of the laptop is weak, if you can it will most likely be choppy and unplayable even at low resolution.

Try to find a laoptop with core i5 and at least an x50 (750 - 950) card in it
But the price will be more than 800 $ for a gaming laptop

If you wish to play gta v with full performance, laptop with i7-gen6+gtx970m should be better.

No. You would get framerates of around 10fps (completely unplayable) on the lowest possible settings. Both the processor and GPU don't even get close to meeting the requirements. Do yourself a favor and don't waste the money or time to download.
