Can my MSI GP70 2QF Leopard pro can run GTA V in high or medium settings ?

i am using a laptop, im from phlippines and i ask my mom to buy me GTA V. it will be send to me later this month, here are my specs:

CPU: Intel core i7 4720HQ 2.6GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 950m 2gb
RAM: 8gb
Resolution: 1920x1080

im not satisfied in my GPU but i cant upgrade it because it is soldered in my unit,

my gpu is DDR3 only, thats my problem i see the bench mark of GTX 950m, GTA V on high settings 29-30fps is it smooth or playable ?

It seems the only difference between the ddr3 950m and the 850m is slower memory bandwidth so It should perform like a 850m. The 850m gets 29 fps on high.
