Well it would depend on what settings you would run it at. Personally I have had no experience with Sony graphics cards but how many Gigabytes of RAM does it Have? 2GB or more should run it at 1080p Medium or 4K Low.

It does have 4 gb ram installed.

You should be able to run it 720p or 1080p at Low settings. But make sure you install the latest Sony Drivers as GTA V PC drivers are out for most graphics cards and people have made the mistake of not installing new drivers and getting low frame rates and massive drops in the game.
