Can one change a dual C to a C/Ku?

I have seen the dual C feedhorns are quite cheap and was wondering if one
could get an adapter to convert one of the feeds to fit and work with a Ku
LNB?

Generally speaking, no.

Most dual C's are designed to pull horizontal and vertical polarity out
to distinct LNBs. You can't use full C-band if you take one out. I'd
also imagine that to convert it to Ku would be no small ordeal.

polar rotor would not be there on a dual c band.
