Computer crashed but can,t install office 2003. It says that I have invalid product code

Is this a "free" copy of Office 2003? In any case, you should double-check whether or not you typed in the correct product code, purchase a valid product code from Microsoft.com, or consider open-source alternatives like OpenOffice.
