Can Thinkpad T420 run Outlast in lowest settings?

I searched in Youtube and I found out T420 Laptops running League of Legends, CS:GO and many more in low-medium (sometimes high) settings. I only want to play outlast for a breather, is it possible for T420? Thanks.

Mind sharing the SKU for your laptop? If it's only running off the HD3000 iGPU or even on the NVS4200M, then no you'll likely not be playable. I would suggest that you install it and see how you can run it starting with the lowest settings first but ofc i'm more than concerned about thermal issues more than not. if the laptop in question is expendable, then by all means experiment but if it's your daily bread earner, refrain from the game and invest resources to building a system that can play it.

FYI, if you believe all the crap that is on YouTube, you're gonna have a bad time.
