Can this graphics card run SWTOR on low settings?

Its a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 running on a integrated/ on board graphics card. The computer has 4gb ram and has 320 gb on its hard drive. Processor speed is 3ghz!

Yes, low settings with current drivers and it should be okay. Keep in mind that performance will be fairly weak. What make/model of laptop is this?
