Can this laptop play tf2 on low settings?

Hi guys, I have a laptop and not sure if I should even bother downloading tf2 on it since I already have it on my desktop (and it takes 4 hours), but it would be cool if I could play it on it. It is a Medion Akoya E6224 Notebook. These are its specs:
CPU: Intel Core i3-2310M Quad Core (2.1 Ghz)
GPU/Integrated Graphics (not sure which one): Intel HD Graphics Family
RAM: 4 GB
Running DirectX 11

Yes, it should run TF2 no problem.

If you dont want to download it you can put it on a flash drive to take it from your desktop to your laptop
