Can this laptop run minecraft?

If anyone can help me with picking a laptop that's under $400 and can run minecraft at a decent frame rate. this laptop is alot better

I looked at this one before and it was sold out but I'll see if they get anymore in stock... Oh and I'm not looking for 100+ fps I'm looking for 20+ fps
