Can this play fallout 3?

I recently bought an Asus N53JQ-A1 laptop, and I was just wondering if this would be able to smoothly play Fallout 3 (smooth for me is anywhere from 30 frames and up). Here are the specs:

I have a nvidia 320m in this crappy macbook air and it can play a few games like tf2 minecraft killing floor at reasonable frame rates. your video card scores about 2x as high on 3dmark vantage. I would say it would be close to 30 fps at normal settings. Youll probably have to tone down some settings to get the fps you want.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 425M review
Should run well on your Asus N53JQ. You might even be able to squeeze out medium graphics settings and get smooth gameplay.
