Can this Run Minecraft Well?

I'm wanting to get a laptop for school and to occasionally play minecraft. I am not a hardcore gamer so this will probably be the only game i would play. This laptop has an AMD Quad-Core A6-5200 Processor and 1GB AMD Radeon HD 8670M Discrete class graphics with 6gb of ram. Would this be able to run minecraft smoothly?

Yes it will but i suggest installing Optifine to make it run even smoother
