can u connect your phone to older radio with just an app

At work we have an old radio with no tape deck aux input or bluetooth can i connect any way other them buying a fm transmitter like possibly downloading an app to do it

if it is an older radio, with no inputs, jacks, ports, etc. I know of no way to connect your device to it. At least not without tearing into both of them. If it had any kind of port, you might be able to connect them, with a little finagling. No app could connect them.
