can we transfer accounts by smart switch

can we transfer accounts like email and facebook by using smart switch from on device to another with bookmarks and things attached to that particular account

You don't need to 'transfer' accounts. The accounts are the same no matter the device you long in through, as long as you log into the same account. The thing you can't transfer is the apps and their data. Those you have to reinstall on the new device.
