I have a new HP15 and can not disab

The steps I used are below.

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Devices
  3. Click Touchpad

In the Touchpad window the Touchpad Drawing is missing, and the switch to disable the touchpad is not shown. The only setting that shows is a pull down menu o to set the sensitivity. How is the touchpad disabled.

Solution
I have to ask, why are you trying to disable the touchpad?

If it is because you are going to use a mouse instead, it should automatically disable the touchpad when the mouse is connected.

You can also try the following...
  1. Go to "Control Panel".
  2. In here click on "Hardware and Sound" and then click "Mouse".
  3. Next click on the "Device Settings" tab and in there click "Settings".
  4. Now go to "Tapping" and then click the "Settings" icon.
  5. In here you should be able to choose to enable or disable the touchpad.
