Cannot get soundbar to work

Have ona185sB001 sound bar and Sanyo tv model dp32642 cannot get sound bar to work

How are you connecting them? Did you check TV options if you need to enable the audio out port? Have the right input on the soundbar if it has more than one input? Contact the soundbar support people?
