Cannot log into bios

I'm trying to log into bios on my hp windows 8.1 I've pressed both f1 and f12 with and without FN key doesn't seem to work

The only screen I can get to is just showing my system information not the bios setup

What model HP is it? Since you're using Win8.1 you might have the fast startup enabled. Give this a try and see if it works. If not, you may have to reset your bios to disable the feature.

Give this one a try. Looks like you need to hold down shift when shutting down and then esc when booting.
