Solved! Cannot Remove This Adware

Hi all. I am rather experienced with malware and adware removal and network security, but I can't seem to get rid of these popups. They appear every few hours, always with the lower right, with different ads, and claim to come from Explorer or Chrome. I have used Malwarebytes, Adaware, Spybot, and AVG to no avail. Zero detections. Frankly I think I got them at a false copy of thepiratebay. Any advice appreciated! Image link:

Also, ads from TPB are set to blocked in Chrome site settings.

Check the add-ons/extensions installed with your browsers. Could be coming from one of those.

Also, many folks use ad-blocking apps like Ghostery and uBlock Origin to minimize ads in general. Might be something for you to consider.
