Dealing with tricky malware

So about 3 months ago i noticed random popups starting to appear even when browser was minimized or closed, i ignored it because it only happened like twice a day. It has become more frequent now and any search of malware/adware or attempt to download anti-malware programs results in a force closing of the whole browser.

I tried downloading malwarebytes on a laptop then transferring the installation files via USB but whenever i try to open that file it closes after i choose the language.

any help is appreciated

Try AdwCleaner... run it in safe mode and without Internet access.

Doesn’t work because everytime a page with certain keywords (ie. malware, adware) is opened the whole browser is closed. Ive tried this with every browser and its the same.

Even from Safe Mode?... If so, you'll have to scan the drive from outside Windows so the malware is inactive and doesn't disable the anti-malware. The Hiren's Boot CD/USB is probably the safest Windows enviroment to do it from.
