Cannot reset device after its encryption got unsuccessful????

My Samsung Galaxy J5 handset was displaying encryption unsuccessful i tried to solve it by both ways safe mode and hard reset mode but failed.kindly guide me what to do??

And why were you trying to encrypt the device? Or something on the device?
