Not sure I understood your test for inconsistent image quality based on lighting. In particular the building shot at f16 and ISO 200. Did you raise exposure in post? Or was the ev sufficient to properly expose the image.

Those are untouched images (except for recompressing the jpeg to post online.) Exposure wasn't raised, the daylight was easily enough light for a much better result.

No, the shots were all appropriate exposures for the lighting conditions. Which was our point about the image quality.
