Can't access BIOS Setup in Sony Vaio VPCEH35EN

I have a Sony Vaio VPCEH35EN laptop. when I press F2 after vaio logo at startup, I can't enter bios setup, It shows windows boot manager. My default key for access bios setup is F2. How can I enter bios setup ?

Have you tried DELETE?

Do you have FAST BOOT turned on? you may have to turn this off to access BIOS, Read The Manual how [gasp!]
