Question Can't assign specific ringtones to contacts or groups on iPhone 11

Hi everyone, how to assign a unique ringtone to a contact on iPhone 11? I want to know when a family member calls but can't change the ringtone for a contact without changing the ringtone for all contacts. Please show me how to do that.

1. Open the Contacts app
   
   .
2. Select a contact, tap Edit, tap Ringtone, then choose a ringtone.
