Can't boot laptop

I have been trying to boot my laptop and I simply can't get it to work
I have tried everything.
- made USB priority
- changed UEFI to CSM
- disabled secure boot
- using a 3.0 USB
I used RUFUS to burn the USB
Please help

Hello... 1) so you can Boot into the BIO's and your HD/SSD wont Boot into Windows?

2) What is your laptop model and brand?... got a web page to send us?

3) What OS are you currently using?

4) What OS was it shipped/bought with?

5) how old/young is the drive in it?
