Can't boot my Sony Vaio with usb

Hello! I have a Sony Vaio VPCEL2S1E and i want to format it but i can't boot it with usb..i have a bootable usb with windows 7,i ve made the changes in the bios for booting with usb but it doesn't do anything,like not recognizing it..i ve tried everything but I can't find a solution! Is there any key that i must press when opening the laptop?? Please help

Are you sure that the version you placed on the USB was a legit version and that it was created correctly? You can't just copy and past it.

I am having a problem booting from usb
I have legit version of windows from microsoft
I can't seem to boot into a boot menu and boot from usb 🙁

I have tried all F keys
I've gone into bios, enabled external device boot and set external device as first in boot priority (and have plugged in the usb)
