Cant connect to the internet Acer Aspire r15

So today i purchased the Acer Aspire R15 from best buy. When i got home the computer was working fun until tried to connect to my home internet. Im able to connect to hotspots and my random broken router. But i am unable to connect to the verizon router.

has anyone messed with the router's settings?Are the channel and channel width options set to auto?
