cant connect with wifi

my IP and wifi mac are unavailable and my phone couldn't connect with wifi would you please help me . my cellphone is LGD855

I am not sure I understand your question. Are you saying the wifi and IP are just unavailable? Or Unavailable on your phones lists of wifi connections? Please do let us know so we can help you to try and resolve the problem.
