Can't download ANY drivers for my laptop

I can't seem to download a single damn driver off their website, all end up with a XML can't find or something, super annoying. My laptop is mostly useless now, what can I do???

Has Sony just given up with their VAIO support? I know they sold it off but WTF, can't just leave everyone hanging.

I found something, I had that problem before, in Firefox you have to erase the cookies for eSupport.

Yes, thank you!!! Finally working, stupid cookies! Sound good but can cause major annoyances.

I remembered what I did some time ago, when I watched the video link scout_03 wrote in his answer. I deleted the cookies and voilà, everything was fine after.
