Cant download music-core

I have a Sumsang Galaxy Core but I can not have any music om my phone without a memory card.Tubidy can't download,only a app that has to take data just lets me listen.Bluetooth cant send music too.How do I get it on my phone PLEASE

What type Galaxy Core is it? Hows much storage memory has your phone. Normally when you attach your phone to a usb port on your computer, you should find it back in the Explorer, if you use Windows. That way you can copy the music files from the PC to the phone memory.
