I have a Brand New Lenovo Yogo model 80U2003F AU, i can't enter the BIOS, the HDD lock comes up as soon as you boot the computer can't access windows.
The laptop is my cousins(9 yr old) she took it to the IT department and aparently it came back with the HD lock, could have been a meddling kid also.(just some background the laptop isn't stolen)
ive opened it can't find a cmos switch or the chip to short legs to hopefully reset bios. is there any other way?
Also the HDD is eMMC. so its soldered onto the board.
Ive tried the lenovo buttion does nothing but take me to same screen asking for HDD Lock password.
