Can't get on internet

Hi! I have been trying to get to internet but keep getting error message
"Page cannot be found". I get my mails on Outlook and have no problem
connecting to my 3Com gateway. But fail to get on to websites.

Mine is HP Pocket PC 2003 Ipaq H4350. It used to work fine when I first
bought it. Any solution welcome.

If you can get your e-mail ok, then I suggest you open File Explorer and
browse to \Windows. There you'll find a program called welcome.exe. Tap to
run this program and soft reset the Pocket PC.

Mine is ASUS A716.
I have been able to get on the internet and read my emails.
From one day to the other I was not able to do anymore.
I get the mesage " the page you are looking for cannot be found"

Any suggestion ?
