Can't get past google verification!?

I have factory reset my voyager a few times now. Once I turn it back on, I start the process of set up but once I do the verification of email and password, it repeatedly sends me back to requesting my email!? Please help me, I cannot get past this issue.

Did you buy the unit second hand or were you the original purchaser? Are you sure you're using the correct password? When you try to see e-mails using the G-mail website, does the password work there?
