Question Can't get rid of annoying leftover...

I installed and uninstalled AVAST Antivirus, but there is sort of "button" which stays on top and I can't get rid of. If you press it, it gives a group of features, not something new. The icon is an orange button with a white human caricature inside. I can't find it as an app in the installed apps. I keep pressing it, in order to see the "X" and move it there but it doesn't appear....
Any ideas??

I think that´s no app, it´s a settings icon from your phone

which phone are you using and what´s written underneath the orange icon?
